June is a great time for you to start flaming the fire of interest in Conventional, VA and of course 203k loans with your real estate partners. Now that winter is over, and the pandemic is no longer the all-consuming focus of our lives, agents and loan officers are coming out to their offices more often. This is the time for you to reach out to that broker or Loan Originating Agent who you haven’t seen in 5 months (or perhaps 9 months) and armed with these great new tools and resources focused on this being the National Home Ownership Month.
